Acro Service Corporation (Acro) has completed an intensive selection process and is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Trimble as its new Chief Operating Officer to lead Acro’s operational business units. His new position replaces Rick Faber who announced his retirement earlier this year and Sean began his new role at Acro effective June 22, 2020.
Of all the candidates, the selection committee found that Sean best embodied the skills and experience required to help Acro continue its growth trajectory. Sean’s decades of industry experience include working as President of DCR Workforce, Vice President at Yoh Services and Director of Global Client Relationships at Kelly Services. In this new expanded role, Sean reports directly to Acro’s CEO, Ron Shahani, and is responsible for leading all the Company’s operating business units, including its MSP, and professional, technical and commercial staffing business units and all their supporting departments.
Sean’s expertise in his previous roles will yield stronger programs for Acro’s current and future clients by fostering Acro’s vision to provide innovative solutions that yield the results needed for clients to achieve their goals. His leadership abilities, depth of knowledge of the workforce management industry and commitment to quality and system process management, will build upon Acro’s vision by pushing to revolutionize solutions to help clients overcome their workforce challenges through continuous improvement in program design and talent acquisition and management.

Livonia, MI — December 2019 — Acro Service Corporation (Acro) was named Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council’s (MMSDC) Minority Supplier of the Year – Class IV (Annual gross sales greater than $50 million) winner at the MMSDC 2019 ACE Awards Gala held at the Suburban Showplace in Novi, Michigan.

The Supplier of the Year is presented annually to Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) who have excelled in growing their businesses, enhanced their operations, and actively participated in MBE-to-MBE purchasing. Nominated by other MMSDC MBE’s and/or corporate members, the candidates for Supplier of the Year are required to provide key data points to MMSDC for review.
